Accessibility Statement

Our commitment to making this website accessible to everyone.

Last updated: March 28, 2026

1. Our Commitment

Adatek Agency is committed to ensuring digital accessibility for people with disabilities. We continually improve the user experience for everyone and apply the relevant accessibility standards to adatekagency.com.

We believe accessibility is not a compliance checkbox — it is a core quality signal. A website that is accessible is also more usable for all visitors, performs better in search, and is more likely to be cited by AI search engines as an authoritative, well-structured resource.

2. Conformance Status

We are targeting conformance with the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 Level AA. WCAG defines requirements for designers and developers to improve accessibility for people with disabilities. Conformance with these guidelines helps make the web more accessible to people with blindness and low vision, deafness and hearing loss, limited movement, speech disabilities, photosensitivity, and combinations of these and cognitive disabilities.

This website is currently partially conformant with WCAG 2.1 Level AA. "Partially conformant" means some content does not fully conform to the accessibility standard. We are actively working to address known gaps.

3. Measures We Have Taken

  • Semantic HTML5 landmark elements (nav, main, footer, article, section) throughout the site.
  • Skip navigation link ('Skip to main content') at the top of every page.
  • ARIA labels on all interactive widgets, modals, and navigation components.
  • Keyboard navigation support for all modals, menus, and interactive elements.
  • Color contrast ratios exceeding WCAG AA requirements for all body text.
  • All form fields include associated label elements.
  • All images include descriptive alt text.
  • Focus indicators visible on all interactive elements.

4. Known Limitations

We are aware of the following areas that are under active improvement:

  • Some data tables on blog pages may not have full screen-reader-optimized markup. We are adding scope attributes and ARIA descriptions.
  • The animated hero section on the home page may present issues for users with vestibular disorders. A 'prefers-reduced-motion' media query is implemented but may not cover all animation instances.
  • PDF documents linked from this site may not be fully accessible. We are working to provide accessible HTML alternatives.

5. Feedback and Contact

We welcome feedback on the accessibility of adatekagency.com. If you experience any barriers to access, or if content is not accessible to you in the format presented, please contact us:

  • Email: hello@adatekagency.com (include 'Accessibility' in the subject line)
  • We aim to respond to accessibility feedback within 5 business days.
  • We are committed to providing the information or content you need in an accessible format as quickly as possible.

6. Technical Specifications

This website is built with React and rendered as a single-page application. Accessibility relies on the following technologies working in combination with your browser and any assistive technology you use: HTML5, CSS3, WAI-ARIA, and JavaScript (ES2022+).

We test accessibility using a combination of automated tools (Axe DevTools) and manual keyboard and screen-reader testing (NVDA on Windows, VoiceOver on macOS).

7. Assessment Approach

Adatek Agency assesses the accessibility of this website through self-evaluation. This statement was last reviewed on March 28, 2026. We conduct accessibility reviews when significant new features are added and at minimum annually.
