Adatek Agency ("we," "us," or "our") is an AI-powered local marketing agency headquartered in Hackensack, NJ 07601. We provide Google Business Profile management, Local SEO, and Generative Engine Optimization (GEO/AEO) services to small and medium-sized businesses across New Jersey and the United States. This Privacy Policy applies to information collected through our website adatekagency.com, our client onboarding processes, and any communications with our team.

Contact and Inquiry Data: When you request a free audit, fill out a contact form, or send us an email, we collect your name, business name, email address, phone number, and any details you voluntarily provide about your business.

Analytics Data: We use Google Analytics 4 (GA4) to measure visits on eligible public pages. Google may process page views, interactions, device and browser information, approximate location, and online identifiers. We use this information to understand website use and improve usability. Analytics data is not necessarily anonymous.

Analytics is not loaded on login, dashboard, or sensitive checkout-return screens. Page URLs and referrers sent in our analytics configuration exclude query strings and fragments. Google processes analytics data under Google's Privacy Policy.

Client Business Data: For active clients, we may access and process data related to your Google Business Profile, website analytics, citation listings, and local search performance as necessary to deliver our services.

Technical Data: Like most websites, we automatically collect IP addresses, browser type, device type, and cookies (see our Cookie Policy for details).

Google Analytics loads automatically on eligible public pages. Advertising storage, advertising personalization, and Google signals remain disabled.

You can control analytics using the following options:

• Use your browser settings to view, delete, or block cookies.
• Install the Google Analytics Opt-out Browser Add-on at tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout.
• Global Privacy Control keeps analytics off when enabled in your browser.

Blocking analytics does not prevent you from reading the site, contacting us, or using essential account and payment features. Deleting cookies does not delete information already received by Google.

New Jersey has enacted the New Jersey Data Privacy Rights Act (NJ DPRA), which provides certain rights to NJ residents regarding their personal data. As a business that primarily serves NJ clients and receives inquiries from NJ residents, we apply the following practices:

• We do not sell personal information to third parties.
• We do not use personal contact information for any purpose other than responding to your inquiry and delivering contracted services.
• NJ residents may request a copy of the personal data we hold about them by emailing hello@adatekagency.com.
• NJ residents may request deletion of their data at any time. We will process deletion requests within 30 days, subject to any legal retention requirements.
• We do not engage in automated decision-making that produces legal or similarly significant effects.

Our client data practices: Client business information (GBP access, analytics dashboards, citation data) is used exclusively for service delivery. We do not share, sell, or aggregate client business data with any third party except as required to provide contracted services (e.g., Google Analytics, GBP API).

• To respond to audit requests, inquiries, and consultation bookings.
• To deliver and improve our local SEO, GBP management, and GEO/AEO services.
• To send service updates, performance reports, and relevant educational content (clients only; you may opt out at any time).
• To analyze website traffic and improve the user experience of adatekagency.com.
• To comply with legal obligations.

Contact and inquiry data is retained for 24 months unless you request earlier deletion. Active client data is retained for the duration of the service engagement plus 12 months. Analytics data is retained in accordance with GA4's default retention settings (14 months). Billing records are retained for 7 years as required by US tax law.

We use the following third-party services that may process data on our behalf:

• Google Analytics 4 — website analytics (subject to Google's Privacy Policy)
• Google Workspace — business email and document storage
• Google Business Profile API — client GBP management
• Stripe — payment processing (we do not store credit card data)

Depending on your location, you may have the right to: access, correct, or delete your personal data; object to or restrict certain processing; withdraw consent; and lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority.
