Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of Adatek Agency's website and your engagement with our marketing services. By booking a service, signing an onboarding form, or making a payment, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not engage our services.

Adatek Agency is operated from Hackensack, NJ 07601. These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Jersey.

Adatek Agency provides local digital marketing services including, but not limited to: Google Business Profile (GBP) management, Local SEO, citation building and cleanup, Generative Engine Optimization (GEO), and Answer Engine Optimization (AEO).

Service packages and scope are defined in the package description you select at time of purchase. We reserve the right to modify service offerings with 30 days written notice to active clients.

Adatek Agency operates on a month-to-month basis with no long-term contracts required. Specifically:

• No minimum commitment period. You may cancel at any time with 30 days written notice (email to hello@adatekagency.com).
• No cancellation fees or early termination penalties.
• Your 30-day notice period begins on the date your cancellation email is received and confirmed. Your final invoice will cover services through the end of the 30-day notice period.
• Prepaid monthly fees are non-refundable for the current billing month. No partial-month refunds are issued.

The 7-Day Launch represents our commitment to initiating active work on your account within 7 business days of receiving completed onboarding materials (GBP access credentials, website access if applicable, and completed intake questionnaire). "Launch" means the commencement of active optimization work — not the completion of all deliverables. Full campaign results are typically realized over 60–90 days as described in your package documentation.

The 7-Day Launch timeline is contingent on timely client cooperation. Delays in providing required access credentials or completing the intake process will extend the launch timeline accordingly, without liability to Adatek Agency.

Services are billed monthly in advance on your billing anniversary date. Payment is due within 7 days of invoice. We accept all major credit cards via Stripe. Accounts more than 14 days past due may be suspended until payment is received.

Pricing is subject to change with 30 days written notice. Price changes apply to the next billing cycle after the notice period expires.

• Provide accurate business information and maintain valid access to all platforms required for service delivery (GBP, website, analytics).
• Respond to requests for approvals or information within 5 business days. Delays caused by non-response may affect campaign timelines.
• Not use our services for any unlawful purpose or to promote deceptive business practices.
• Ensure you have authority to grant us access to any accounts or platforms you share with us.

Adatek Agency applies proven best practices for local SEO and GEO/AEO. However, we do not guarantee specific rankings, traffic levels, or business outcomes. Local search rankings are determined by Google's algorithm, which is subject to change. Past results described in case studies are illustrative of what has been achieved for specific clients under specific conditions and are not a guarantee of future results for your business.

Content created by Adatek Agency for your business (GBP posts, schema markup, optimized service descriptions) is licensed to you for use in your business upon full payment. Adatek Agency retains the right to reference and display client work in anonymized case studies and portfolio materials unless you opt out in writing.

Our website content, methodology documentation, and proprietary frameworks remain the intellectual property of Adatek Agency and may not be reproduced without written permission.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Adatek Agency's total liability for any claim arising from or related to our services shall not exceed the fees paid by you in the 3 months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages of any kind.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Jersey, without regard to conflict of law provisions. Any disputes shall first be subject to good-faith negotiation. If unresolved, disputes shall be submitted to binding arbitration in Bergen County, New Jersey under the rules of the American Arbitration Association.

We may update these Terms with 30 days written notice to active clients. Continued use of our services after the effective date of changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
